Knights Coastal Land Fund - property fund invested in tourist and holiday parks

The Knights Coastal Land Fund (KCLF) has invested in two coastal development assets in Yamba on the NSW north coast, namely;

Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort; and
Yamba Waters Caravan Park.

The Yamba Waters Caravan Park was sold in November 2009.

KCLF currently has total assets in excess of $12 million.

The Blue Dolphin Resort Development is presently on hold.

Valuestream Investment Management Ltd ABN 66 094 107 034 AFSL 246621 was appointed Responsible Entity for KCLF on 30 June 2009. Knights Capital Management Pty Ltd ABN 57 117 550 893 AFSL 306365 - a fully-owned subsidiary of Knights Capital Group Ltd - acts as the Fund Manager, taking on responsibility for the commercial decision-making in relation to the Fund's overall strategy and assets.
