Knights Group – Equity investment in private and public companies

Established in 1994, the Knights Group's initial investments were in emerging technology companies. Since then it has grown to have diverse business operations and interests throughout Australia. These include tourist/holiday parks, major residential land sub-divisions and lifestyle villages.

The Knights Group also acts as Fund Manager to two established funds in the tourist/holiday park sector;

Knights Coastal Land Fund

30 June 2011 - Net Asset Backing per Ordinary Share - $0.71.
13 March, 2012 - Half-Year Results:The results for the half-year to 31 December, 2011 show a Net Profit after tax of $501,800 (2010: ($146,071)). Net Asset Backing per Ordinary Share increased 2.8% to $0.73. See Financial Statements below.
