Selwyn Bajada B. Juris., LLB, B.Comm., SF Fin, MAICD – Executive Chairman and Managing Director

Selwyn has extensive commercial experience as a director and corporate adviser. He commenced his professional career as a corporate lawyer prior to joining the corporate advisory/mergers and acquisitions department of Bankers Trust Australia Limited in Sydney. He has also undertaken European corporate advisory and development capital work in France, Switzerland, Germany and Italy as well as in Perth as an Executive Director with the Hartley Poynton Group. He has advised companies on a range of issues and activities particularly in the area of take-overs and equity/debt financing and at board level assisted companies in regards to strategy, management and operational matters.

In 1988, he was made a Fellow of The Securities Institute of Australia (now Senior Fellow of The Financial Services Institute of Australasia). He is the Non-Executive Chairman of Formation Design Systems Pty Ltd (since 1995); a Non-Executive Director of Arbortech Industries Pty Ltd (since 1992); and a Non-Executive-Director of Cedar Woods Wellard Ltd (since 2009).

Selwyn has been Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Knights Capital Group Ltd (KCGL) since 1996.

Ron Peterson - Non-Executive Director CA, FTIA

Ron is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has been a partner/director of the firm of Harden East & Conti Pty Ltd since 1986. He is experienced in the areas of general consulting to businesses of all sizes, taxation, business management and planning, business valuations and is a director of Harden East & Conti’s financial planning business.

Basil Conti FCA, ACIM - Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary

Basil is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He received his initial training in the accounting profession with Arthur Young & Co and has been a partner/director in the firm of Harden East and Conti Pty Ltd since 1978. Basil is experienced in the areas of secretarial practice, management accounting, taxation, corporate and financial planning and consulting to small and large businesses. He is the Chairman of Macquarie Harbour Mining Ltd.

Toni Blundell - B.Comm, CA - Head of Finance & Reporting 

Toni commenced her professional career in March 1995 as a chartered accountant with Deloitte Touche and Tohmatsu in Perth. In April 99, she moved to the UK and in the following 10 years held a number of senior positions where she gained significant commercial and property related experience.  In February 2001, Toni commenced with GE Commercial Finance in London in the position of Real Estate (UK) Treasury/ Accountant and moved later that year to the position of Financial Planning & Analysis Manager which she held for 3 years .In April 2004 she accepted the role of Senior Risk Analyst (Underwriter) where she was responsible for underwriting commercial property and debt acquisitions by the group in the UK. Toni held this position for three years.

Prior to joining KCGL, Toni was the Asset Manager WA for GE Commercial Finance in Perth responsible for a $500m commercial property portfolio predominantly located in Perth. In 2005, she completed the Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment through FINSIA (formerly The Securities Institute of Australia). Toni is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Lee-Anne Sugg - Manager Albany Operations

Lee-Anne is responsible for the day to day management of Albany Gardens Holiday Resort and Albany Gardens Lifestyle Village. She has over 10 years managerial experience in the tourism park sector and has played an instrumental role working with senior executives and consultants in the development of the Resort and adjoining Lifestyle Village.
